The State University of New York at New Paltz will host Jonathan Alter, award-winning columnist, television analyst and author as the spring speaker in the college’s new Distinguished Speaker Series.

Alter will speak on campus on April 29, 2009, in McKenna Theatre at 7:30pm. The focus of his talk will be "The American Presidency in War and Peace" as it relates to the new administration’s first 100 days in office.

If you purchase your tickets and want to pick them up in advance, you may do so at the Welcome Center in the Haggerty Administration Building, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or call (845) 257-SUNY or TOLL-FREE:877-MY-NP-411. Ticket pick up at the box office will only be available at the "Will-Call" table on the night of the event after 5:00 p.m.
To have tickets mailed for an additional $3.00 mailing fee, select mail as the delivery method when you check out.
